Commitment
• INDUSTRI ASSOCIATES is a 12-month training programme
• Acceptance onto the programme constitutes a commitment to the full 12-month training cycle
• Consistent attendance, professionalism and dedication are expected throughout the programme
• Students are expected to fully engage with all training opportunities provided

Attendance Expectations

• All successful INDUSTRI ASSOCIATES members are automatically eligible for representation through INDUSTRI Management
• Access to professional opportunities across theatre, television, film and commercial performance sectors
• Professional work cannot be guaranteed and remains dependent upon external casting requirements and client selection

Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance & Enrolment
All places within INDUSTRI ASSOCIATES are offered strictly through the audition process.
Submission of an application form or attendance at an audition workshop does not guarantee a place within the programme.
Successful applicants offered a place within INDUSTRI ASSOCIATES agree to commit to the full 12-month training programme upon acceptance.

2. Fees & Payment
• A £35 audition workshop fee is required to secure an audition place and is non-refundable.
• Monthly training fees are payable via Direct Debit.
• Fees are charged across the full 12-month programme.
• Failure to maintain payments may result in suspension or withdrawal from the programme.
All fees paid to INDUSTRI ASSOCIATES are non-refundable.

3. Commitment & Attendance
INDUSTRI ASSOCIATES is an elite training programme and full commitment is expected from all members.
Students are expected to:
• Attend all scheduled training sessions
• Arrive punctually and fully prepared
• Participate positively and professionally throughout all activities
Absences should be communicated in advance wherever possible.
No refunds, credits or transfers will be issued for missed sessions.
Failure to maintain satisfactory attendance, commitment or engagement may result in removal from the programme at the discretion of the directors.

4. Professional Standards & Conduct
Students are expected to maintain:
• Exceptional standards of behaviour and professionalism
• Respect towards staff, guest faculty, fellow students and venue personnel
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Full engagement in all classes, workshops and activities
INDUSTRI ASSOCIATES reserves the right to withdraw any student whose behaviour, attitude or conduct falls below the standards expected within the programme.

5. Dress Code & Presentation
Students must attend all sessions in appropriate training attire as specified by INDUSTRI ASSOCIATES.
Students are required to wear:
• All black training attire unless otherwise advised
• Hair neat, secure and performance ready
• Appropriate footwear and equipment for all classes
• Clothing that is clean, professional and suitable for intensive physical training
INDUSTRI ASSOCIATES maintains professional industry standards of presentation at all times.

6. Faculty & Programme Delivery
Guest faculty, schedules and workshop content may be amended where necessary.
INDUSTRI ASSOCIATES reserves the right to make reasonable changes to programme delivery without compensation or refund.
No refunds will be issued due to faculty changes.

7. Photography, Filming & Promotion
By accepting a place within INDUSTRI ASSOCIATES, students and parents/guardians consent to:
• Photography during training sessions
• Video recording during classes and events
• Use of images and footage for promotional, marketing, website, social media and press purposes
Any request to opt out must be submitted in writing before enrolment.

8. Health & Safety
Students and parents/guardians must:
• Disclose any medical conditions, injuries or relevant health concerns prior to participation
• Ensure students are medically fit to participate in physical activity
Participation is undertaken at the student’s own risk.
INDUSTRI ASSOCIATES accepts no liability for injury except where caused by proven negligence.

9. INDUSTRI Management
All successful INDUSTRI ASSOCIATES members are automatically eligible for representation through INDUSTRI Management.
INDUSTRI Management provides access to professional opportunities across theatre, television, film and commercial performance sectors.
While opportunities may be offered through representation, professional work cannot be guaranteed and remains dependent upon casting requirements, production needs and client decisions.
Full information regarding INDUSTRI Management and representation opportunities will be provided following acceptance into the associate programme.

10. Cancellation & Withdrawal
Enrolment within INDUSTRI ASSOCIATES constitutes a commitment to the full 12-month programme.
By accepting a place, students and parents/guardians agree to fulfil the financial commitment for the duration of the programme.
Fees remain payable regardless of withdrawal, non-attendance or personal circumstances.
As places are limited and training provision is allocated accordingly, early withdrawal does not release participants from their financial obligations.
Exceptional circumstances may be considered solely at the discretion of the directors.

11. Liability
INDUSTRI ASSOCIATES accepts no responsibility for:
• Loss, theft or damage to personal belongings
• Injuries sustained outside supervised training sessions
• Circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect programme delivery

By accepting a place within INDUSTRI ASSOCIATES, students and parents/guardians confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
