MEET THE DIRECTORS

Danielle trained professionally at the prestigious Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts and has built an outstanding reputation as one of the North West's most respected performing arts educators, directors and choreographers. A fully qualified teacher across dance, singing, drama and musical theatre, she is recognised for her exceptional training standards, artistic excellence and unwavering commitment to developing talented young performers.

She has directed and choreographed numerous large scale musical productions including Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Annie and Disney's A Little Mermaid; productions recognised for their exceptional production values, artistic excellence and uncompromising standards. Danielle's reputation for nurturing outstanding talent has seen former students progress to major professional credits across London's West End, Broadway, International touring productions, television and film.

With over twenty years of experience in performing arts education, Danielle has built a reputation for developing exceptional young talent and producing consistently high standards of performance. Her training combines expert tuition with genuine industry insight, ensuring students benefit from a disciplined, inspiring and professionally focused environment where excellence is both expected and achieved.

Through INDUSTRI ASSOCIATES, Danielle brings together elite training, expert mentorship and professional industry knowledge to inspire the next generation of performers. Guided by the highest standards of artistic and technical excellence, students benefit from a programme designed to develop exceptional technique, creativity, professionalism and resilience. FIONA FLORCZAK -

Fiona has enjoyed a career spanning over three decades in the entertainment industry, working extensively as a professional dancer, choreographer and creative across major television productions, international tours and high profile commercial projects.

Her performance credits include leading entertainment programmes and prestigious live events, alongside collaborations with internationally recognised recording artists and global bands. In addition to her performing career, Fiona has established an impressive portfolio in choreography and assistant choreography across television, streaming platforms and touring productions.

Passionate about inspiring the next generation, Fiona brings invaluable real world industry knowledge and professional insight to INDUSTRI ASSOCIATES, helping students understand both the creative and practical demands of a successful performing career.

TOM CHESTER -
MUSICAL DIRECTOR

Tom studied piano with Lauryna Sableviciute at the University Of Salford and was sole recipient of the prestigious 2015 MD Mentorship Scheme at the MTA under Annemarie Lewis-Thomas,

His professional credits span productions worldwide including Disney's Freaky Friday, A Christmas Carol, Ghost, Jersey Boys, Cats, Joseph, West Side Story, The Producers, Gypsy, Mamma Mia! and Annie.

Alongside his performance and musical direction career, Tom has taught at a number of leading higher and further education institutions including Liverpool Hope University, The Hammond, The Manchester College, The Arden School Of Theatre and Birmingham Ormiston Academy.

Tom is passionate about nurturing emerging performers, with many of his past students and clients going on to appear in major Theatre, Film and Television productions across the industry.
